When I moved from Vienna to Berlin five years ago, I only had a vague idea which specific employment branch I wanted to specialise in. Therefore I decided to take on several challenges before ending up at GameDuell as an IT Project Assistant two years ago. Nowadays I’m responsible for the Project Management department.

I think it’s great that I have the opportunity to play to my strengths and to develop myself further at GameDuell. Target agreements and feedback meetings help me to work in the right direction and to remain focused.

At the start we worked with classic project management methods. However, we soon realised that these methods were not well-suited to IT Projects. So we experimented with various alternatives before deciding on the Scrum Method.

Team-work and the open exchange of information amongst colleagues in all areas of the company ensure a good atmosphere and a lot of fun.

The work at GameDuell is diverse as I am responsible for a wide variety of projects. The initiation of new projects, as well as the shaping of new processes is what makes my everyday working life more exciting.
