A few words from the GameDuell founders
Boris Wasmuth, Kai Bolik, and Michael Kalkowski founded GameDuell in 2003. All three founders have years of experience managing and founding businesses and have previously worked at the likes of the Boston Consulting Group, Bertelsmann, dooyoo, and Lycos:
"In the founding stages we already agreed on a common vision:
To build the best gaming site on earth. Thousands of members should use our gaming platform each day and have more fun and experience more thrills here than on any other web site on the Internet.
Today we are closer to our goal:
With more than 10 million members, 200 satisfied business partners and a constantly expanding team of employees, GameDuell has grown to become one of the most visited gaming sites in Europe and one of the largest in the world.

Our success has only been possible because everyone in the GameDuell team works hard each day to offer our members a thrilling gaming experience. As the Executive Directors, we feel it is of utmost importance to provide an optimal work environment for the GameDuell Team - one in which we would like to work in ourselves."
GameDuell is a "Fair Company"
In 2006, GameDuell was granted the German seal of approval as a "Fair Company". We work hard to ensure fair treatment of young career-starters. That means:
1. Students:
At GameDuell, students are given the opportunity to gain a deep insight into the day-to-day life in a modern media company during a 3 to 6 month internship. They work closely together with the rest of the team and can further develop themselves both personally and professionally by working on challenging projects.
2. Graduates:
During a 6 month traineeship, graduates are given a starting point from which to begin work in the company. In a highly-qualified team, they work on exciting and challenging projects and actively shape the company.
Fair Salary:
Interns and trainees are fairly compensated for their work at GameDuell.
