1. Are all games solvable? Can all games be completed?
The decks used in Mahjong, Solitaire and Combina are dealt with the intention that the game can be played to completion. There is at this point, however, no guarantee that all the games can be played to completion. All duel participants begin with identical sets; therefore it makes no difference at all if a game is solvable or not, because your opponent has no chance of getting any further than you.
